A scrapbook is made showing the construction of a series of buildings for the National Institute of Administration. Photographs, brochures, and newspaper clippings all document the development of the organization. There are also press clippings on: an Organization and Management seminar, an increase in capital formation for investment, a visit by John Hannah to Saigon, the naming of officers for the Association for Administrative Studies, increases in policemen, Civil Administration training, farewell receptions for MSUG personnel, creation of a Vietnamese typewriter, a seminar on professional improvement, and administration at the NIA.
