A photograph is taken of three men working on a car. The reverse of the image identifies them as A. Y. Cottrell and Do Ky Quang. The caption on the bottom of the image reads, "Tuning mobile radio set installed in Saigon police Jeep. Dieu hoa may vo-tuyen-dien luu dong gan tren xe Jeep cua canh-sat Do-thanh Saigon."

Cottrell on the reverse of the image, and the bottom caption reads, "Tuning motorola radio station at V.B.I. hdqtrs in Dalat for security use during Colombo conference.
