Shots of a Vietnamese municipal police department and a police force band are shown, followed by scenes of Vietnamese citizens receiving police training. Weidner and Smuckler conclude by stating that the police program in Vietnam is only two years old, and they discuss how the program may benefit Vietnam in the future.
