Description: A daily Vietnamese newspaper in English, published by the United States Operations Mission (USOM). Jean Payart replaces Henri Hoppenot as French Ambassador to Free Vietnam, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Arthur Radford will arrive in Saigon to begin a tour of Vietnam, and over 14,000 letters denouncing Viet Cong crimes have been sent to the International Supervisory Commission. In international news, U.S. President Eisenhower states that Vietnam is fully eligible for membership in the United Nations.
