Description: Chief of the Police Administration Division of MSUG Ralph Turner corresponds with Director Arthur Brandstatter of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety from early August to September, 1960. They discuss the possibility of Turner being replaced, the hiring and progress of new personnel, new training mobile training programs, misplaced equipment, report copies from the recent ICA audit, and transferal of the communications division. They also discuss the worsening security situation and Viet Cong attacks nearing Saigon, and the effects of this on the training and other programs in the city.
