Description: A meeting is held by the Michigan State University Academic Council on April 19, 1966 following the publication of Ramparts magazine's recent article, "The University on the Make: How MSU helped arm Madame Nhu." The article was a 12-page illustrated release which, "...attacks the University's 7-year involvement in a technical assistance program in Viet Nam, from 1955-62." At the meeting, the matter of the publication is discussed and the actual activities of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group are discusses in depth.
