Description: A memorandum from Guy Fox (former MSU project chief) to Lloyd Musolf (Michigan State University Group (MSUG) Chief Advisor). The Rector and Vice Rector from the National Institute of Administration (NIA) make recommendations for needs for the NIA after June 30, 1962, including additional technical assistance and financial aid.
