Letter from William W. Marvel to John A. Hannah, May 6, 1966

Creator: Marvel, William W.
Contributor: Hannah, John A., letter recipient
Description: William Marvel, President of the publication Education and World Affairs, offers MSU President John Hannah words of encouragement after having read Hannah's statement on the April 1966 Ramparts magazine article that speculated that the Michigan State University Group's (MSUG) technical assistance program in Vietnam was a front for a covert CIA operation.  Marvel apologizes to Hannah for not being able to assemble a large enough board of members to attend an intended Committee on University International Programs meeting in East Lansing on April 29.  Hannah replies in kind in a May 12 letter.
