Creator: Humphrey, Richard A.
Contributor: Smuckler, Ralph H., letter recipient
Description: Richard Humphrey, Director of the American Council on Education in Washington, D.C., writes to Ralph Smuckler, Dean of International Programs at MSU.  Humphrey indicates that the latest Advisory Committee meeting began with a run-down of the current controversy regarding MSU's involvement in Vietnam, stating that the main points did not conflict with MSU President Hannah's recent comments in an official statement released the previous month.  Humphrey concludes by wishing Smuckler well, and a handwritten note at the top of the letter says "Send Copy to President Hannah for info".
