Description: Ralph Smuckler, Acting Dean of International Programs at MSU, writes to President Hannah with a drafted letter to Senator Wayne Morse.  On President Hannah's behalf, Smuckler writes to Senator Morse to clarify some points regarding some remarks Morse made to the International Studies Association, specifically on MSU's activity in Vietnam.  Morse replies to Hannah in an August 31 letter, thanking him for sending a copy of Hannah's statement, and offering his regards.
