Description: From the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Washington D.C, General Lansdale sends Wesley Fishel a letter from a Vietnamese doctor sent to a civilian friend of Lansdale. The letter expresses the peril of the free world to the Communists. The Vietnamese doctor compares the necessity to fight Communism with the Second World War and the bloodshed that resulted from the hesitations to protect the free world.
