Description: Debrief report No. 186710B from the Agency for International Development (AID) Asia Training Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. An AID sociologist reports on her role and function in her position, starting with an experimental program for rural women in the Vinh Binh province in 1963 and 1964, in which she assisted in the counterinsurgency effort, and introduced the virtue of good citizenship. The interviewee also talks about her adjustment to living in Vietnam, and provides observations on Vietnamese culture.
