Description: The Michigan State University Police Advisory Staff write a lengthy preliminary report on the proposed reorganization of the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation. There is a second report attached that deals with the organization and needs for the "Establishment of a Modern Fingerprint Identification Section for the Republic of Vietnam."
