Description: A series of correspondences are taken from a case on Lyman Rundlett, who was hired in July, 1957 by the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group for the acquisition, approval, and instillation of equipment for the Saigon police department. These correspondences document his hiring with the group, and his initial contract with the Westrex Corporation for equipment. The contract lists materials and tools, as well as installation efforts. A last minute communication from MSUG tries to cancel the order due to additional costs, but it has already been placed.
