National Institute of Administration (NIA) Học-viện quốc-gia hành-chánh


The NIA was the Michigan State University Group’s principal institutional arm for the training of South Vietnamese administrators. Students at the NIA took courses in subjects ranging from public administration, constitutional law, accounting, economics, and statistics, as well as more specialized seminars and directed fieldwork. Under the auspices of the NIA, several hundred South Vietnamese students also spent some time studying at Michigan State University in East Lansing, as well as several other affiliated institutions throughout Asia.
